This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image, perceived value and trust in customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 101 all Lion Air costomers. By using a questionnaire to collect data. Sampling techniques using non probability sampling methods. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image do not have a positive influence on customer loyalty. Perceived value and trust has a positive influence on customer loyalty.
