This study aims to analyze a variable work stress (X1) and work conflict (X2) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The types of data in this study are primary data that has been distributed to the employees of the Sragen Regency Land Office as many as 100 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method by making sampling using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using work stress variables (X1) and work conflict variables (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Sragen Regency Land Office.
