Pengaruh Work Family Conflict, Stres Kerja, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Wanita Divisi Produksi PT. Solo Murni Boyolali

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of family conflict, work stress, and organizational commitment on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT. Solo Murni Boyolali. This type of research is quantitative research, with a total of 300 female employees who are married with a sample of 110 people. The technique of delivering research data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
