This study intend to analyze the effect of independent variables, namely organizational culture and job satisfaction on dependent variables, namely the performance of employees of Batik Brotoseno UKM. The population used is the employees of UKM Brotoseno in the batik fabric production section, and the sample used is all of the existing population of 30 people with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression methods also uses SPSS software rocks. The results of data processing showed that the independent variables, namely organizational culture and job satisfaction, had an influence on the dependent variables, namely the performance of employees of Batik...
