This study aims to know (1) the influence of learning strategy on Teams Game Tournament (TGT) and Type Think Pair and Share (TPS) toward mathematic learning achievement. (2) the influence of student motivation toward mathematic learning achievement. (3) the influence of interaction in learning strategy and student motivation toward mathematic learning achievement. This study is quantitative with quasi experiment design. Sampling of this study consists of two class (experiment and control) that conducted by using random cluster sampling from population whole class eighth grade at SMP Negeri 1 Ngemplak academic year of 2018/2019. Technique of collecting data used in this study is questioner, test and documentation. Before doing research, the researcher does balance test to know that two sample has the same ability. Normality and homogeneity are prerequisite test analysis on technique of analyzing data used two ways variance analysis with unequal cell with significant level of 5%. The result of this study showed that (1) there are the influences of learning strategy (TGT and TPS) toward mathematic learning achievement. Learning strategy of TGT has influences better than learning strategy of TPS. (2) there are not influences student motivation toward mathematic learning achievement. (3) there are not between interaction and learning strategy and student motivation toward mathematic learning achievement.
