Independen Dewan Komisaris Dan Komite-Komite Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q) Pada Industri Perbankan Tahun 2016 – 2018

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners and the Board of Commissioners' Committees on Corporate Values as measured by Tobin’s Q in the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by first performing a classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that partially independent board of commissioners did not have a significant effect on company value, the audit committee had a significant negative effect on firm value, the risk monitoring committee had no significant effect on firm value, the remuneration and nomination committee had no significant effect on firm value. While the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, risk monitoring committee, remuneration and nomination committee simultaneously influence the value of the company
