Hubungan Masa Kerja dan Sikap Kerja terhadap Kejadian Myofascial Trigger Points Syndrome Upper Trapezius pada Pekerja Doffer di PT.BMSTI (Bintang Makmur Sejahtera Textile Industry) Sragen

Background: Myofascial trigger point upper trapezius is a disturbance in the trapezius muscle that occurs due to a band link in the muscle. If touched or pressed can cause local pain or pain radiating with a specific pattern. There are several factors that affect myofacial trigger point syndrome, including tenure and work attitude. Objective: to find out the relationship between working period and work attitude towards upper trapezius myofascial trigger point events in doffer workers in PT. BMSTI Sragen. Method: This study uses research methods observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Namely the research method used to find the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The population in this study was 56 people. Samples that meet the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria are 31 people. The measurement of upper trapezius MTPs pain used is the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) and for work attitude measurement using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method. Result: The correlation test used for this study is the spearman test. Correlation test of the working period for the upper trapezius myofascial trigger point event obtained a p value (sig. 2 tailed 0.006 (<0.05) and the correlation of work attitude toward the upper trapezius myofascial trigger point was obtained p value (sig.2 tailed) 0,000 (< 0.05) Conclusion: there is a relationship between work period and work attitude towards myofascial trigger point upper trapezius in doffer workers
