Konsep Diri Remaja Ditinjau Dari Pola Asuh Orang Tua Dan Jenis Kelamin

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in self concepts in term of parenting and gender. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all studentsof class X who were still classified as midle teens who attended N 1 Tawangsari High School, amounting to 353 students. The subject of this study consisted of 3 classes, namely X IPA 5, X IPS 1, and X IPS 2 which amounted to 72 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection tool in this study is the scale of Self Concept and scale of Parenting Parents. Data analysis technique use parametric two way anova. The result of the analysis obtained from this study are 1) F values of 1,336 and Sig. Amounting to 0,270 (p>0.05) means that there is no significant difference in self concept in term of parenting and gender, 2) F value of 0,522 and Sig.amounting to 0,596 (p>0.05) means there is no significant difference in self concept in term of parenting parents, 3) F values of 0,157 and Sig.amounting to 0,693 (p>0.05) means that there is no significant difference in self concept in term of gender.
