Introduction: The gluten-free products are the basis of the diet of people with celiac disease. The identification these products, of the available food products, is very difficult. Therefore, information function of packages of gluten-free products is the most important function. To make it easier for consumers to find information about the lack of gluten, the producers should design their packages to ensure they are readability.
