Oil pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L. var. styriaca) seeds and Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) tubers are alternative horticultural products containing important biologically active components. The objective of the three-year study was to determine dry matter and micro-, macroelements accumulation in seeds of oil pumpkin Cucurbita pepo L. var. styriaca – ‘Miranda’, ‘Golosemiannaja’, ‘Herakles’, ‘Danaja’, ‘Olga’; and in tubers of Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) – ‘Rubik’, ‘Albik’, ‘Sauliai’ and selection lines Nr. 05-1, Nr. 05-7.
