Investigations of tractors load during their working life

Paper presents tractors working conditions during their working life by using data collected in their electronic controllers. For investigation of tractor working quality the histograms of Deutz Fahr Agrotron and Claas Atles collected and stored in their electronic controllers were used. Tractor working hour histograms under engine speed and torque are grouped, summarised and stored. Investigation results show how many hours investigated tractors working at a low (up to 30% of maximum torque (M-max)) at a medium (30-50% M-max) and high (>50% M-max) engine load. Result shows what part of time at different engine load tractors worked at a low (up to 1000 rpm), at a medium (1000-2000 rpm) and high (more than 2000 rpm) engine speed. The paper presents medium distribution of tractor working hours at different engine load conditions.
