Theoretical Basis of the Analysis of the Level of Work Resources Demand and Supply

Citizens, as the objects of research, are of interest in many science branches, where the research is done according to meaningful specific features. Work economics treats citizens as resource for work, as the carriers of specific appropriate economical relations that are elements of certain demographic structure (different age, sex, social environment). The problems of refresher courses, reskilling, training, unemployment, employment of citizens, rational use of human resources are solved by the methods of work economics. Work market, as a very complex social – economical phenomenon, can be defined precisely by describing variuos aspects that highlight one or the other side or function of work market. But primarily the work market is a part of market economics, its component. By studying work resources under the economical dimension, parameters are set that allow to define category of work resources, solve the problems of identification of quality and quantity of work resources. Aim of this paper – to analyze the labor supply and demand level establishment indicators and their peculiarities. Object of research – the indicators` systems of the labor resources estimation. The feature of the population is its continuous renewal in regard to the life renewal and this is the state of autonomous development (the renewal research is carrying out by demographical science). The population, its constitution and dynamics allow us to judge about the social-economic national state, its` tendencies and it dictates necessary means that should implement state in order to neutralize negative or to consolidate positive development tendencies. One of these processes is population employment, its alternation and tendencies and the biggest issue in this field is unemployment. It is possible to define labor market depending on the social-economic functions that are implemented by it in market economy.
