Estimation criteria of energy supply security and assessment of Lithuanian case

The aim of the work is to create amethodology for estimating energy supply security in Lithuania. The results of the paper are the short presentation of Lithuanian energy security problems, short survey of a few energy security analyses, development of principal scheme of methodology, choice of economical and reliability models for the assessment of energ supply security and selection of parameters for energy supply security scale. The methodology of energy supply security is created for Lithuania for the first time.
