Investigation of predictive age profile model and forecasting of future Lithuanian marine officers staff

Recently there are more than 10 thousand seafarers in Lithuania, who are acting and competing in global labour market for seafarers. About 3 thousand of them are marine officers. The investigation considers the evidence that seafarers' age profiles, inflow of new seafarers and wastage of seafarers, switching their career, determine future amount of specialists.
