The study of appliance the strategic management methodology for the small-scale entrepreneurship

The structure of an action plan for implementing institution’s strategic decisions defined with the help of work breakdown structures method arose a necessity to identify two-level (tasks and activities) objectives for drawing the plan up and a specific sequence of objective fulfilment in an analysed complex. The specifics of each level was evaluated in the recommendations on improvement of the planning of the implementation of institution’s strategic decisions based on the analysis of the results of progressive experience. Empiric research of the application of the proposed methods indicated that the methods allow the following possibilities: generating action plan alternatives, defining the evaluation criteria of action plan alternatives and forming a combination of criteria, analysing and evaluating the action plan alternatives, choosing the best alternative for achieving the goals setVytauto Didžiojo universitetasŽemės ūkio akademij
