In this paper, two experiments are presented that were conducted in order to find out if the six-phase induction generator with form winding outproduces the three-phase induction generator with the chain winding. For both experiments, two different measurement set-ups were used to ensure the accuracy of the obtained data. The results of both experiments were compared then, and the analysis has shown that the three-phase generator beats the six-phase generator in all respects.
