The aim of this research is to indicate the influence of growth regulators on lithops (lithops sp) somatic cells dedifferentiation in vitro. Investigation was carried out in 2017 – 2018, in the laboratory of Agrobiotechnology and institute of Biology and Plant biotechnology at the faculty of Agronomy, in Aleksandras Stulginskis University. During the research were used lithops leaf explants. The isolated and sterile explants were planted on MS medium without and with added different types and concentrations of growth regulators – 1 – 3 mg l -1 BAP + 0,1 mg l -1 NAA, 0,5 – 1.5 mg l -1 NAA and 0,5 – 1.5 mg l -1 IBA.
