The aim of the diploma paper is to provide recommendations for the sports marketing strategy of Lithuanian football based on the theoretical analysis and research results. The work consists of three main parts - the theoretical, the analytical and practical. The first part of this work overviews theoretical aspects of sports marketing strategy. In this part the importance of marketing as a tool in sports is analyzed, the specifics of various sport customers and understanding of various methods to reach out to sport fans.
