Foreign language learning as component of communicative competence development

Language competence is important for every student in order to improve knowledge and become a competent specialist. The paper analyses the issues of students’ competence development in higher school and substantiates the context of communicative abilities. Development of students’ communicative competencies ensures mobility of future specialists in the European Union.
