Kukurūzų siloso granulių gamybos technologija

The aim of research is to investigate the fermented corn silage pellets handling and use of feed technology and techniques. Research was accomplished in Aleksandras Stulginskis university and Uzginij agriculture company. Studies have shown that average corn silage moisture in trench is 66.15%. Dry matter content 33.85%. Average silage moisture content after drying process 14.6%. Average silage moisture after grinding operation 14.5%. Average silage moisture after milling process 12,25%. Studies have shown the average temperature of drying, which is 134,19° C. For milling process was used steam. Average temperature of steam is 129,4° C and average steam pressure is 2,7 bar. After research of the corn silage pellets strength properties was found that pellets can withstand 170N average compressive strength and additional anchoring material pelleting corn silage unnecessary.
