Phytohormones are the critical media components in determining the developmental pathway of the plant cells. Callus cultures are extremely important in plant biotechnology. Callus cultures can be used for identification of secondary metabolites. A characteristic trait of Arabidopsis thaliana are important secondary metabolites - glucosinolates. The goal of this work was to study the influence of various concentration of phytohormones (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and 6-benzylaminopurine) on Arabidopsis thaliana callus genesis.
