This paper presents a review of the questionnaires for assesment of personal and organizational value congruence. Empirical studies of the 1999–2012 period that considered personal and organizational values congruence have been selected for the sake of review. The biggest focus is on the analysis of questionnaires in order to specify their content, structure and frequencies of usage. The logical scales, subscales and items containing the questionnaire were identified and described for detailing the specifics of the questionnaire. The similarities and differences of the content of the questionnaires constructed by different authors were compared.
