Skausmo samprata pagal M. de Sade ir L. von Sacher-Masoch

Conceptualising pain outside the normalising moral perspective is difficult, because of its culturised forms and instrumental use in society. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the concept of pain by M. de Sade and L. von Sacher-Masoch in a dialectical relationship with pleasure, examining the transition between them and how in two different schemes the surplus value of pain is created. The goal of this thesis is to understand how encultured forms of pain are thought philosophically and how they manifest themselves through different practices in relation to normalising laws and moral limitations. Philosophical analysis and reflections on Sade’s and Masoch’s work is diametrically opposite to one another, beginning with the position that sadism and masochism is seen as a unity by the principle of complementary, finishing with the position that these two phenomena are the opposites of each other, and in their schemes have very little or nothing in common. In order to examine two separate phenomena that offer different schemes of how the tension between desire and the law is experienced and represented this thesis will be based on a philosophical psychoanalytical analysis of the texts by M. de Sade and L. von Sacher-Masoch, the discussion of critical literature and the analysis of analogies in modern cultural phenomena.Konceptualizuoti skausmą atsiribojant nuo normalizuojančios moralinės perspektyvos yra sudėtinga pirmiausia dėl jo įkultūrintų formų ir instrumentinio naudojimo visuomenėje. Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti skausmo sąvoką pagal M. de Sade ir L. von Sacher-Masoch dialektiniame santykyje su malonumu, nagrinėjant jų apsivertimą ir tai, kaip dvejose skirtingose schemose yra sukuriama pridėtinė skausmo vertė. Šio darbo tikslas yra suprasti kaip įkultūrintos skausmo formos yra mąstomos filosofiškai ir kaip jos pasireiškia skirtingose praktikose, ryšyje su normalizuojančiais įstatymais ir moralinėmis nuostatomis. Filosofinė Sade ir Masoch darbų analizė ir refleksija yra diametraliai viena kitai priešinga, pradedant pozicija, jog sadizmas ir mazochizmas yra suprantami kaip vienas kitą papildantys fenomenai, baigiant pozicija, jog šie du fenomenai yra vienas kito priešingybė ir kad jų schemos tarpusavyje turi labai mažai ką bendro. Siekiant išnagrinėti du atskirus fenomenus, turinčius skirtingas schemas kuriomis patiriama ir reprezentuojama įtampa tarp geismo ir įstatymo, šis darbas remiasi filosofine psichoanalitine M. de Sade ir L. von Sacher-Masoch tekstų analize, kritinės literatūros diskusija ir analogijų, pasireiškiančių šiuolaikinėje kultūroje tyrimu
