Tyrimo tikslas. Nustatyti 18–24 metų merginų kūno sandaros, kraujo lipidų pokyčius per du mėnesius aerobinių pratimų. Tirtųjų kontingentas ir tyrimo metodai. Jaunos, sveikos, nerūkančios merginos (n=19) sutiko dalyvauti šiame tyrime. Jos buvo suskirstytos į dvi grupes: tiriamųjų (T, n=10) ir kontrolinę (K, n=9). Aštuonias savaites tiriamosios grupės merginos tris kartus per savaitę po 60 min. suko veloergometro pedalus pirmojo ventiliacinio slenksčio intensyvumu. Kontrolinės grupės merginos fizinio aktyvumo pratimų neatliko. Tiriamosios grupės merginos testus atliko prieš eksperimentą ir praėjus 2, 4, 6, 8 savaitėms po eksperimento.
