Microcirculatory dysfunction plays a key role in the pathophysiology of various diseases and may impact patient outcome. Laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) continues to gain an increased interest in clinical and research studies to monitor microvascular perfusion. The aim of this work is assessment of muscle blood perfusion after electroporation and sonoporation. For this was used laser speckle contrast imaging method. During an experiment, perfusion variations of mouse cranialis tibialis muscle were recorded. The result shows that blood flow decrease after electroporation caused by “vascular lock” effect, and perfusion goes back to normal in 10min.
