The aim of study was to determine the influence of organic matter of perennial meadow on Corg stocks in different soil types and to do the prognosis Corg accumulation in mineral soil for the short 5-year period. Organic carbon accumulations have been predicted in natural and under sown meadows in Calc(ar)ic Gleysol, Dystric Planosol, Dystric Albeluvisol and Haplic Podzol. Although, in all soils in humus horizon soil organic carbon content was about 15 mg g-1 of dry soil (with the exception of Dystric Planosol, in addition, organic matter is supplemented to mineral soil of the examined meadows, but within the 5-year period the accumulation of Corg will decrease up to 3-6 times.
