The process of socialization is important for the teachers to be integrated to the educational system and acting in accordance with the system values, norm and attitudes. In this study, the levels of the organizational socialization of primary school teachers have been examined. The population of the study organized as a relational descriptive survey consists of 364 teachers. In the study, Organizational Socialization Scale (Kartal, 2003) and a form prepared for determining the personal characteristics of the teachers were used in order to collect the data.
