BACKGROUND: There are divergences regarding differences shown by endurance trainings made in the morning hours and endurance trainings made in the evening depending on the cortisol hormone level. This study has dealt the differences occurred in result of endurances trainings made in the morning and evening hours depending on the cortisol hormone level varying in the morning and evening hours. METHODS: Thirty-nine students participated voluntarily to the research. The hormone levels and some hematological parameters were inspected by means of the blood samples given at 07:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m. by the subjects separated as morning and evening control group. As exercise protocol the "Conconi Test" was applied during the endurance evaluation. ...
