Objectives: Delayed cardiac repolarization leading to prolongation of the QT interval is a well-characterised precursor of arrhythmias. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) might cause arryhthmias, since QT corrected interval dispersion (QTcd) is increased in these patients.
