Los adultos significativos: padres, hermanos, abuelos, profesores, amigos entre otros, transmiten a sus jóvenes desde muy temprana edad un conjunto interiorizado de normas y reglas llamados valores que guiaran sus acciones en diversas situaciones morales. De esta manera los jóvenes, futuros líderes de una nación o país, reproducirán y marcarán los valores que caracterizarán al hombre del mañana, y por ende a dicha sociedad.
