The waste of baggase ash coming from the process of producing sugar on sugar factories in Indonesia has not been efectivelly used. Due to the huge amount of baggase ash, it is required to be spesifically used it in order to get high economic values and not to make environmentally polluted area. One of the benefit to use baggase ash is to proceed it to be the pozzolan that is required as additive material of high strength concrete. To produce the baggase ash to be the pozzolan, it is required to make burning and refining equipment. The burning and refining equipment that had been created in the first year of the research are modified to make their performance better.
