How Addition of Silver Influences the (GeS2)50(Sb2S3)50 glass and Model of Ionic Conductivity

Těžištěm naší práce je statistický model, který popisuje, jak se chovají ionty ve skle. Model řeší způsob a rychlost pohybu iontu ve skle, poskytuje distribuční křivku iontů na volných pozicích ve skle, přičemž každá volná pozice je definována energií, kterou musí iont překonat k tomu, aby ji opustil. Vstupními parametry modelu jsou konkrétní fyzikální parametry studovaného iontově vodivého skla. Pro nás je tím konkrétním materiálem ternární chalkogenidové sklo (GeS2)50(Sb2S3)50 dopované stříbrem. Nicméně model je obecně platný pro iontově vodivé skla. Dle provedené rešerše, se jedná o první přístup, který poskytuje distribuční křivku iontů na volných pozicích ve skle, a tak dovoluje např. řešit zásadní otázku: „Jaké množství iontů je ve skle mobilních“?The aim of our work is a statistical model which describes the behaviour of ions inside the glass. Model solves the manner and the velocity of ions? motion inside the glass, provides the ions? distribution curve on vacancies in the glass, while each vacancy is defined by the energy which has to be exceeded so the ion may leave the vacancy. Input parameters for the model are specific physical properties of studied ion conducting glass. In our case, the specific materials are Ag-doped (GeS2)50(Sb2S3)50 chalcogenide glasses. However, the model is valid for ion conductive glasses in general. To the author?s knowledge, it is the very first approach which provides the distribution curve of ions on vacancies in the glass so for instance it enables to solve the very important question of „What number of ions inside the glass is mobile“?Fakulta chemicko-technologick
