ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PETANI BERMITRA DENGAN PEMBENIH JAGUNG HIBRIDA PT. BISI INTERNASIONAL TBK

This research aims to determine the influence of land-wide factors, farming experience, capital preparation, acceptance, market ability, technical counseling, market assurance, price guarantee, and participation into farmer Group against The farmer's decision to partner with the company's establishment PT. Bisi Internasional Tbk, knows the pattern of partnership, and knows the rights and obligations between partners.The determination of the location in this study purposive in Winong village, Tugu District, Trenggalek Regency. The sampling method uses non-proportional stratified random sampling technique, the number of samples of farmers partnering as many as 48 and non-partner 44 respondents. Data analysis methods with a descriptive qualitative and quantitative use of binary logistic regression analysis tools. The results of this study showed that the factors that affect the decision-making of farmers partnering are land area of 7, 357E + 25, farming experience of 0.931, the availability of capital of 1.000, acceptance of 1.000, and price guarantee of 21.857. The pattern of partnership between partners are plasma nuclei, PT. Bisi Internasional Tbk as a core company and farmer partner as plasma. Farmer Rights Partners get (seed, pesticide, guidance and supervision, cost of detachment, sack, price determination). Obligations of farmer partners (providing land, doing treatment according to technical instructions, conducting consensus deliberation and depositing of crops). The company's rights (conducting technical guidance, supervision and detachment, buying and determining the price of corn). The obligation of the company is to fulfill the rights of farmers and determine the harvest time according to agreement
