This study was conducted to determine the effect of point weld current on tensile strength, and microstructure of 304 type stainless steel plate joints. In this study, the plate thickness used was 1 mm for each material. The welding currents used are 3 kA, 4 kA, 5 kA, 6 kA, the pressing time used is 0.5 seconds, and the welding time used is 3 seconds. Mechanical testing used is tensile testing, while the physical test used is microstructure testing. Testing of tensile strength using the AWS standard D.8.1.
