OPTIMALISASI KEUNTUNGAN TERHADAP PRODUK MADU DI PT. KEMBANG JOYO SRIWIJAYA

Honeybee breeding is currently a very promising business opportunity because of the content of honey bees that have many benefits or advantages that can be taken for example for health for the human body. The more business is developing so the competition is increasingly tight then to be able to survive by planning the amount of production. This research aims to determine the amount of production and optimum benefits of honey in PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya each month for three years and to know the development of production and optimum profit for three years. The analysis used in this research is linear programming analysis with POM-QM software. This research was conducted in PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is linear programming. The results of the study that the optimal production amount over three years from 2016 to 2018 the highest for super Honey in June 2016 as much as 986 bottles and super honey Propolis highest in September 2017 as much as 800 Bottle. The optimal advantages obtained by PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for both types of honey from the results of analysis in the highest POM-QM program was in September in 2017 for Rp 24,923,530. The development of production and optimal profit on both types of honey in PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya experienced up down each month from 2016 to 2018
