ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN LAHAN PARKIR PENGGUNA SEPEDA MOTOR DAN MOBIL PADA RSUD KANJURUHAN KABUPATEN MALANG

The Regional-General Hospital Kanjuruhan is located in Jalan Panji No. 100 Krajan, Panggungrejo, kepanjen, Malang, East java (65163). It is one of public health facility in Malang Regency. As a facility that is often visited and due to the increasing number of patients, the parking lot often cannot accommodate all the vehicles. As consequence, many visitors usually park their vehicles on the roadside of Panji street carelessly. The data were then analyzed based on the parking characteristics in accordance to the Technical Guidelines of Parking Facility Management by the Director General of Land Transportation 1996. By this method, the demand for parking area can be identified based on the number of vehicles per day. This analysis can be used as a reference for the hospital management in designing the expansion of parking area. The results showed that for the four-wheeled vehicle parking, the parking lot of the Regional-General Hospital Kanjuruhan needed an addition of 26 PSU (Parking Space Unit) or 390 m2 for 265,04 m2 of employee and doctor-only parking lot and 751,06 m2 of public parking lot. Meanwhile, for the two-wheeled vehicles parking lot with 742,36 m2 of public parking lot and 332,99 m2 of employee-only parking lot
