PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA GRIYA BEBEK DAN AYAM NELONGSO MALANG

This study aims to describeand analyze the influence of the work environment, workload on job satisfaction and find out the most powerful variables affect employee job satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Techniques for collecting interview data and questionnaires. The respondent retrieval technique uses total sampling with the number of 30 employee respondents at Griya Bebek and Ayam Nelongso Malang. Data analysis using Range Scale and Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that the non-physical work environment is in a good category, the workload is sufficient and the job satisfaction is high category. Non-physical work environment and workload partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The non-physical work environment has the most influence on job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are: should the company maintain a harmonious relationship with employees and supervisors, employees do not have to work together so that the workload is not excessive, the workload is adjusted to the capabilities and technical skills of employees, there is no coercion in the time needed to complete the wor
