IoT Monitoring Debit Air Sungai Untuk Tanggap Bencana Banjir Dengan Menggunakan Protokol MQTT

Flooding is one type of natural disaster that cannot be predicted when it will be occurred. Not infrequently, flooding causes serious disruption to the functioning of a society, causing widespread losses to human life, many terms of the economy, society and environment and can even lead to fatalities. By utilizing technological developments in this final project a flood disaster response monitoring system is made using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology and monitoring is carried out through an Android-based application. The system is made using water flow sensors and ultrasonic sensors as parameters for changing air conditions using the protocol concept of mqtt. Water flow is used to detect changes in air flow and ultrasonic is used to measure changes in air height. The tests are carried out into three tests namely Functional Testing, packet loss testing and iRTT testing. Package loss testing and iRTT testing are carried out in three levels based on differences in time analysis. Packet loss packages get 0% results (5 minutes duration), 0.326797% (10 minutes duration) and 0.22831% (15 minutes duration). While iRTT testing gets the results of 0.022982 seconds (5 minutes duration), 0.024661 seconds (10 minutes duration) and 0.02466345 (15 minutes duration). From all the flood response monitoring system examiners that have been made, they get good results because the system can be used based on what their function and the results of packet loss testing and iRTT that obtained is very small
