PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN NUKLIR IRAN DALAM KESEPAKATAN P5+1N

The current global economic development is experiencing tide receding, to boost the economy many countries needed huge amount of energy to achieve the development objective as well as the availability of energy within the country. In this matter, Iran uses its nuclear to fulfill the electrical powers. This research will discuss the Iran's policy within the agreements by P5+1N countries. The concept that uses in this research is the diplomacy concept and the international agreement. The author uses the concept of diplomacy to resolve Iran's nuclear problems, with diplomacy carried out by Iran with P5+1N countries to change their perception about the Iran's nuclear program. Whereas the concept of Iran's international agreement in adhering the articles within the JCPOA agreement according to Pacta Sunt Sarvanda's principle. Then, each country that are bounded by any agreement shall comply and perform the contents of the agreement with a good deed. The result of this research, there are Iran initiative to establish communication and diplomatic efforts within P5+1N countries that impact on Iran, Iran also applies soft policies towards Western countries, Iran is rebuilding its country image from international. Furthermore, there are Iran's good deed to obey the articles contained in the JCPOA agreement making Iran freed from embargo sanction that have been experienced
