Pengalaman Ibu Primigravida Dalam Menghadapi Kecemasan

Anxiety in primigravida pregnant women is confusion, worry about something that will happen with an unknown cause and is associated with feelings of uncertainty and helplessness that occur in primigravida mothers. The cause of anxiety is due to the lack of knowledge of the pregnant woman, and this lack of knowledge also results in the primigravida mother being unable to overcome it. This study aims from research to determine the experience of primigravida pregnant women in dealing with childbirth in Mrs. "I" family in Argosuko village, Poncokusumo sub-district. The research design used is descriptive qualitative with CSR (Case Study Research). The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. Taken as many as 3 participants namely Mrs. I was a primigravida mother who had given birth, and her husband and village midwife in the Argosuko Village District, Poncokusumo District. Data collected using interview method. Based on the results of research analysis of the results of the interview in accordance with the efforts of primigravida pregnant women in dealing with anxiety tightened from the support of her husband, gymnastics, diligently doing check-ups, consuming healthy food, breathing exercises, reduce strenuous activities
