EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUBE) DALAM PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI KECAMATAN ALAS KABUPATEN SUMBAWA(Studi Kasus di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sumbawa)

The Joint Business Group Program (KUBE) is a program of the Ministry of Social Affairs by conducting community empowerment in an effort to alleviate poverty. The effectiveness of program implementation will determine the desired target. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) in alleviating poverty in Alas Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency. In this study using the theory of process approach (process approach). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The subjects of this study were the Social Service, group assistants, administrators and KUBE members in Alas District, Sumbawa Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the Joint Business Group (KUBE) program was not effective in alleviating poverty in the Alas District of Sumbawa District. This can be measured from the ineffective KUBE program implementation process, starting from the KUBE socialization process, the aid disbursement mechanism, the suitability of venture capital assistance, skills counseling, the companion selection stage and the business assistance process that did not work properly. The budget must be able to fulfill all the activities supporting the agenda, as well as improve human resources, from KUBE assistants to KUBE administrators to maximize the activity program
