PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISTEM ORGAN PENCERNAAN MANUSIA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL COOPERATIF JIGSAW KELAS V DI SDN 1 DEMUK KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

The implementation of learning activity uses many terms in the teaching method used by educators. The success or failure of learning depends on the design that has been made by an educator; three things that are needed are learning that is appropriate to everyday life, methods, technical strategies used, and infrastructure needed in the learning process. There are learning outcomes in every learning process, where learning outcomes include cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects. Based on the results of preliminary observations carried out on fifth-grade students in SDN 1 Demuk, Tulungagung Regency the method used in the learning process of the material of the human digestive system has not varied so that student-learning outcomes have not yet fulfilled the KKM determined by the school that is 70. Therefore, it requires the right method for learning science in the material of the human digestive system. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK), in this study using 2 cycles where each cycle has several steps in implementing problem identification, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The second cycle will be carried out if in the first cycle there has been no increase in measured learning outcomes. The method used is the Cooperative Jigsaw. The object of this research is student-learning outcomes in the cognitive and affective domains while the subjects of the study are fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Demuk, Tulungagung Regency. Data that is collected using pretest and posttest tests for student learning outcomes. The results of the research obtained by researchers showed an increase in learning outcomes in the first cycle in the cognitive domain by 70% and for the affective domain 45% and increased in the second cycle with a percentage of 95% for cognitive learning outcomes and 80% for the affective domain learning outcomes. Based on the results obtained from these studies it can be concluded that the application of the Cooperative Jigsaw method can improve student-learning outcomes in the cognitive and affective domains of students in SDN 1 Demuk, Tulungagung Regency
