The The research objective was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UKM Woody Boots Malang. The population in this research were all employees amounting to 30 employees. The method used in research is quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample or total population method. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the sresearch it can be concluded that: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
