Background: Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) is an integrated or integrated approach to the management of sick children. Most (> 25%) handle fever cases. Methods: The research design was used descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach which was used to assist the relationship of management of febrile toddlers using IMCI at Sendang Health Center.
