MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT DI PESANTREN DARUL MUHAJIRIN LUMAJANG

This research purpotion is to know the public relation and approachment in Implementation of public relation that applied in Darul Muhajirin Boarding School by the principle of management (Planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation/supervision). The research method that used by the researcher is qualitative research with the type of case study. And the technicque to collect the datta that been used is by the six facts sources (interview, documentation, archive recording, direct observation, participant's observation and physical divice) to make it details in digging information as the data that needed for researchment. The subject in this research is Darul Muhajirin Lumajang Boarding School. Because this institution had been experiencing significant development, with the status that just built up. Right in terms of development, or the interest since the first year until this four years of development. The result of research is showing that public relation in Darul Muhajirin Boarding School in structural is still not formed yet, but in functional has been going on. And the running of public relation in this boarding school are using the principle of management; The planning is done in the form of internal and external discussion. And the organizing is done in the form of forming the activity's committee. The implementation is work by involving society in each activity's program. The supervision/evaluation is done in the form of it responsibilty's report. And the leader is attend as the activities monitor. the implementation of society approachment that use in Darul Muhajirin Boarding School are: cooperative approach, public social approach, persuasive and educative approach
