PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH, INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (Study Pada Koridor Utara Selatan dan Koridor Utara Provinsi Jawa Timur)

Economic growth as a benchmark base for regional economic development or commonly called regional development planning with the ultimate goal for people's welfare. The factors influencing the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) consist of government spending, human development indices, and labor. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of influence of government expenditure, human development index, and manpower of East Java Province in 2011-2016. The tools used in this study are multiple regression analyses using the data panels combined between Time Series and cross section data. The results of this study were the government's expenditure positively and did not significantly affect the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) with a coefficient value of 0.424306 and a probability value of 0.3632. The Human development index has a positive and significant effect on the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) with a coefficient value of 0.068403 and a probability value of 0.0001. The workforce has a positive and significant impact on the Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) with a coefficient value of 1.083263 and a probability value of 0.0000
