Si riportano i risultati analitici e le implicazioni storico-culturali di uno studio multidisciplinare del codice precolombiano Fejérváry-Mayer. Oggi conservato presso il World Museum di Liverpool, il codice Fejérváry-Mayer è uno dei più raffinati codici mesoamericani oggi conosciuti. Grazie all'applicazione di metodologie analitiche non invasive del laboratorio mobile MOLAB, lo studio ha rivelato la composizione chimica dei materiali pittorici impiegati nel codice.
