Sistemi costituzionali comparati

Together with La ciencia y el m\ue9todo, the book Sistemas constitucionales complements the two-volume set Derecho constitucional comparado. In particular, it focuses on the basic topics of comparative constitutional law, and therefore implements the methodological theories set forth in the first volume. Relevance is given to the central role of language, legal classifications, formants, legal borrowing and transplants, the relationship between law and other sciences, pluralism and the refusal of Eurocentrism. The whole subject matter include all of the structural elements comparative constitutional law (sources of law, rights and liberties, legal systems, \u201cforms of State\u201d and forms of government, federalism, constitutional adjudication, etc.). These are indeed dealt with within the context of fuzzy sets and analysed from various perspectives in order to offer different interpretations of the same subject. Notwithstanding its interdisciplinary approach, Sistemas constitucionales applies a strictly legal method. The acceptance of non-western legal traditions implies embracing the polysemy of the term \u201claw\u201d across time and regions. The deconstruction of language and classes and the new proposals for legal reconfiguration are presented along with an explanation of the existing law systems and institutes and of the main legal doctrine
