INSECURITY AND THE QUALITY OF WORK OF FIXED-TERM WORKERS: A COMPARATIVE RESEARCH The paper addresses insecurity of working careers, combining it to the quality of work of temporary workers, in terms of tasks, skills and possibility to influence work organization.
