The Santarelli Kindergarten in Forlì and the Casa del Fascio in Predappio are two architectures of the 1930s built in Romagna during the period of the Fascist regime. Beyond their chronological factor, they are comparable for many reasons: the first, a building dedicated to the childhood education, distances itself from traditional architecture with more fear; the second, a monumental icon of the regime realised in a peripheral town, pursues modernity with more perseverance.
